Our mugs are 100% dishwasher & microwave safe, but for those who want to keep their mug looking like new, we recommend hand washing for extra longevity.

We package all of our mugs in bubble wrap and cardboard box. We aim to turn around orders within 2-3 working days and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 post.
